Fraud warning

Our company takes every report and suspicion of fraudulent activity seriously. Sometimes we discover companies using our name, or names resembling ours, without permission. This notice exists so you can tell the difference before you share anything personal.

Why we publish this notice

Imitation is a recurring problem for every known brand in financial services. Sites appear that copy our name, our logo or the look of our pages; messages arrive in inboxes that appear to come from our address; profiles on social platforms offer "Lunexora support" that we did not create. Each of these can cause confusion and spread incorrect information about our company and its services.

We publish this page for three reasons. First, so that a visitor who has seen an imitation can verify the real thing in one place. Second, so that anyone who has already interacted with an imitation knows what to do next, quickly. Third, because saying nothing while our name is misused would make us complicit in the confusion, and we prefer to be loud about it.

Clone companies and how to recognise them

A clone company presents itself as a legitimate firm while being no such thing. The signs that reliably separate clones from the real platform: the domain. Our address is https://lunexora-app.com and any variation, extra word, hyphen or different ending is not us. The contact channel. We operate through this site, the platform's own interface and the address [email protected]; we do not provide support through social media private messages, chat applications or comment threads.

The behaviour. Clones ask for what we never would: your password, a one-time code, remote access to your device, payment to a personal account, or a "fee" to release money. They create urgency, with expiring offers and immediate transfer demands. And the promises: any communication that assures you of profits, however phrased, is not ours, because we do not make such statements anywhere, ever.

We work continuously to identify clone operations, and we are realistic: some remain undetected for a period no matter what we do. That is why the final check always belongs to you. Verify the legitimacy of any company you deal with online before sharing personal details or beginning any business relationship, including with those that look like us.

What to do if you suspect a clone

If you suspect you are dealing with a company cloning our brand, name or logo, do not share further personal information with it, and notify us immediately at [email protected] with the subject "Fraud". Include what you can: the address or sender involved, screenshots of what was said, and any account or payment details you were given. Your report helps us act and warns the next visitor.

If you have already shared information or made a payment to an imitation: contact your bank or payment provider at once to attempt recovery and to protect the accounts involved, change passwords you used anywhere in the interaction, and report the matter to your local police or cybercrime reporting body. We cooperate with investigations where we can, and the report you file with us contributes to that.

Our position on liability

We are aware of cases where our name and the personal identity of our staff have been misused for fraudulent purposes, in ways we cannot influence or control. While we sincerely regret the losses suffered by anyone affected, our company is not liable for fraudulent operations conducted in our name by parties we did not authorise, and no such operation forms any part of our service.

The three-second check: before entering credentials or personal data anywhere that looks like us, read the address bar. https://lunexora-app.com is the only Lunexora. When in doubt, close the tab, type our address yourself, and ask us directly.
