1. Use of the website and services

This website is an informational and marketing platform: it introduces the offer, collects registration requests and provides educational content. Trading itself is executed with a licensed legal entity that provides the underlying brokerage services, under the terms agreed at the point of trading. References to "the platform" in these terms mean the Lunexora website and the services accessible through it.

You may use the platform for its stated purpose: learning about automated trading, opening an account for yourself, operating your own strategies and managing your own funds. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally capable of entering into this agreement. Using the platform means you accept electronic communication as the default channel for notices and account matters.

2. Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense or commercially exploit access to the platform without written agreement; may not misrepresent your identity or use an account on behalf of an undisclosed third party; and may not interfere with the platform's normal operation, including its availability, its data feeds or its security controls. Automated access to the website outside the interfaces we provide is likewise outside these terms.

The platform is provided for personal, non-commercial use by its registered users. Nothing in these terms transfers intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited right to use the platform as intended. 3. Marketing materials and information emails

By registering you agree to receive service communication: account notices, verification updates and security messages, which cannot be switched off while you hold an account. Marketing messages, such as market commentary or product news, are sent only with your consent and can be withdrawn at any time through the unsubscribe link in every message or the communication preferences in your account.

Marketing content is informational. It does not constitute investment advice, an offer to buy or sell any instrument, or a solicitation tailored to your personal situation. Decisions to trade remain yours, and outcomes, positive or negative, are yours as well.

4. Intellectual property

The Lunexora name, logo, website design, texts, illustrations and software are protected by intellectual property law and remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy the website's content for commercial reuse, remove notices from it, or incorporate it into a competing service. Quoting short passages with attribution, for review or discussion, is fine.

Trademarks of third parties, including exchanges and payment providers named on the site for identification, belong to their owners and are used descriptively only. Such use does not imply endorsement of Lunexora by those parties, or of those parties by Lunexora.

5. Privacy

Processing of personal data is governed exclusively by our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect, why, on what legal basis, for how long and with whom it may be shared. The Privacy Policy is part of these terms, and its controls, such as access, correction and objection, apply alongside the rights described here.

In brief: we collect what the service needs to function and to satisfy legal duties, we keep it no longer than those purposes require, and we do not sell it. If the relationship between this page and the Privacy Policy ever seems unclear, the more specific document, the Privacy Policy, governs data matters.

6. Links to third-party sites

The website links to third-party resources for convenience: exchange documentation, payment provider help pages, regulatory registers. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for their content or their availability, and do not adopt their statements as ours. A link is a direction, not an endorsement.

When you follow an external link, you leave our terms behind and enter those of the destination site. Verify what you find there with the same care you would apply anywhere else on the web, particularly before entering credentials or personal data.

7. Prohibited use

Using the platform to violate any applicable law is prohibited. That includes laundering the proceeds of crime, financing terrorism, trading on behalf of sanctioned parties, infringing intellectual property rights, distributing spam from our communication channels, and attempting unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data that are not yours.

Also prohibited: attacking the platform's infrastructure through scanning, flooding or exploitation of vulnerabilities; interfering with other users' enjoyment of the service; and misusing support channels with knowingly false fraud reports. We may suspend accounts and preserve evidence where prohibited use is suspected, and we cooperate with competent authorities where the law requires it.

8. Support

Support is available by email at [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 CET, and through your personal manager once your account is active. Support covers platform operation, account matters, billing questions and complaints; it does not provide personalised investment advice or manage funds on your behalf.

When you contact support, include the details that let a question be answered in one pass: your registered email, the page or feature involved, and what you expected versus what happened. Complaints follow the dedicated procedure on the Complaints page, with defined timelines and escalation routes.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and the platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep information accurate and the service running, we do not warrant that operation will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all content will remain current in every respect. Market data may be delayed or imprecise; educational content may be simplified; neither is a substitute for your own verification.

Statements about possible results, including the illustrative calculator and the experiences shared in reviews, are not commitments about your outcomes. Trading involves risk, including total loss of the amount invested, as detailed in our risk disclosure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lunexora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, missed trading opportunities or data loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as exchange outages, communication failures or third-party service interruptions. Our aggregate liability for direct losses is limited to the fees you paid to the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here limits the consumer rights you hold under the mandatory law of your market of residence. Where a court finds a provision unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Lunexora against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs that arise from your violation of these terms, your misuse of the platform, or your breach of applicable law, to the extent permitted by the law of your market. This clause works alongside your statutory rights, not instead of them.

We will notify you if a claim appears to engage this section and will reasonably cooperate in its defence; settlements acknowledged without your involvement where your conduct is the subject are not sought from you.

Closing provisions

These terms may change as the service and the applicable rules evolve. The current version is always the one published here, and it takes effect when published. Material changes are announced inside the platform; continuing to use the service afterwards constitutes acceptance, and the previous version is available on request if you need to compare.
